South by Southwest, the annual festival in Austin, Texas, kicks off the music portion March 11, running through March 17.  I could say so much about how I’d like to be there, considering I spent seven years in that town, how I used to do my daily run around that lake in the background of this photo, how much I would like to hang out with my dad (who still lives there) and eat bar-b-que, how fun it is to go from bar to bar down Sixth Street in downtown Austin listening to the music that plays at literally every bar, but just to start the conversation, I’m posting the schedule of the music events.  Seriously, this thing is fun!  There is plenty of news around about it, so whatever you hear, post it here.  And yes, I know… Justin Bieber showed up.  Oh wait, nobody here cares about that!  Good, music news without that guy!  It takes 20 hours to drive there; anybody want to come with me?
