Apr 21, 2016 – There are tons of these lately. Most have been people I respect, but not people I actually grew up with. This one was such an influence (think dance and guitar mixed) that I felt like he was a friend. I wore out that Purple Rain soundtrack making dance routines for my classes. Prince, RIP. May the skies be purple for you.
