It’s silver baby-rattle time, peeps…. but not for anybody I actually know, not personally that is.  And this baby falls squarely in the category of not going to let this make me feel old!  This baby?  None other than 70-year-old Mick Jagger’s first great-grand-child, emphasis on great!  I heard this on the news yesterday, but it took me a while to find video.  I was looking for true video, but there isn’t any.  Yet.  The child is the daughter (name not revealed) of Mick’s 21-year-old granddaughter Assisi Jackson (a name I don’t know) who is the daughter of Jade Jagger, Mick’s daughter from Bianca Jagger, Mick’s ex-wife from a time that I truly was a child, making me feel a little like all of this had roots that were before my time.  As for the news on this, I was wondering what the youngsters call Mick, thinking of the assortment of typical names as not really suited to him.  Apparently, they don’t call him Grandpa, Pa, Papa, or any of those.  Instead, as reported by the LA Times, his grandchildren call him … “Mick”… like all the rest of us do.  I do think that’s a good question, but what of mine?  Did Mick visit Tiffany’s for a silver baby rattle?  There is no news that answers that question, although I did find a suspiciously-shopping-related photo of Mick in front of high-end handbags.  Could it be he was shopping for a designer diaper bag?  While I thank the LA Times for reporting a fun question and answer, seriously, they need to let me ask these questions!  Presents!  What of the presents?
