October 31, 2020 – Trick or treat, although, personally, I would never want a trick. That doesn’t sound fun at all! But…
We are just three days away from election day. Will we get a new President? Will we not? Will we get a new Senate majority? Will we not? Perhaps that’s all fitting to say trick or treat to, depending on one’s views. But hey, it is the season!
As for Halloween, I think the pumpkin cover photo sums up my mood right now. I’m getting pandemic weary. I have no desire to do socially distanced Halloween, but I do love the radio on Halloween. I think it’s always fun to hear Thriller. I think it’s fun to hear scary sounds, creaking doors and haunted house sound effects. It makes me wonder if haunted houses really do make sounds.
So what to play for Halloween?
How about this crazy strong song I hear on the radio? I know nothing about it, but I do like to hear it in the car; my car makes it sound good, the computer, not so much.
I think the sound goes with the scary theme of Halloween. It would match in a haunted house.
Never fear though, I’ll put up the strange Mongolian metal, and go back to my normal influences next week, when, hopefully, I’ll be back to my own playing. I want to work on that Miranda Lambert song from a couple of stories ago. Hopefully, I’m not speaking Mongolian over that because that wouldn’t match at all; no it wouldn’t!
In the meantime, whatever everyone is doing, I hope you are safe and happy this Halloween. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do, or better yet, do. And take notes!
