Seeing Van Halen on anything is amazing.  Seeing Van Halen on South Park is even better!  But?  The possibility of Van Halen playing in the streets of a united Middle East?  Aw, as the expression goes, a girl can dream!

Not understanding the power of a little clip of a very old song by a band so loved the entire world knows the band’s “Flying VH” (I guess it wasn’t just us with those on our notebook covers), Viacom has taken the bit down.  But I saw it, and it was as moving as the proverbial star over Bethlehem!

And I think the Van Halen boys liked it too!  Who knows it might be as good as hearing their first song that first time on the radio.  Their reactions are:
